Do what he said or freeflow power gadgets (need critcal strikes and freeflow focus before getting upgrade) then get freeflow focus in a combo then double tap the crounch button quickly and all nearby thugs of the one you froze first will recieve the effects,you will however lose free flowfocus.Also works with Batarang REC and Batclaw.(Combat only) The freeze cluster however only freezes their feet so they get alot quicker and if they have guns they will still shoot you so be very super careful.
