USB 2.0 write 21mbs and 31mbs read and USB 3.0 write 21mbs (same as usb2 ??) and reads of 53mbs this is on my Intel sandy bridge setup which has a I5 2500k at 4.7ghz and a P67A-UD4-B3 motherboard with USB 3.0 ports. Its write speeds of 21mbs in a USB 3.0 port is Exactly the same as in the USB 2.0 ports !! Not Impressed at all......

This is because they are both two channel drives. If you want to see outstanding USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 peformance, check out the four-channel Express RAM CACHE. Not only will the 4-channel design max out the buss to 43.5MB/s even in the 2.0 port, but the dram cache will elevate the small block peformance. Look at that benchmark
