We are working with gravity always. this allows us to to work with gravity in new ways and therefore is sometimes called inversion yoga or aerial yoga. There are some moves which are like floating but do not be deceived, this is one hell of a workout!!! It gets to places I have never reached with yoga or Pilates.

While you won't be floating around the room like you are in 0G, you do have a feeling of weightlessness by comparison to regular yoga. This allows for deep stretching without any pressure or stress on your body and is a very relaxing experience.
