It will involve video conferencing for lectures, although I think in-class testing still has a role (to minimize cheating).

I mean, today a lot of people go to class hoping to get a job and thats it. I would implement a system where people must have a goal, something they want to build or do. These centers would allow them to achieve this and even find people with similar goals or dreams to work together.
