Gravity is not understood very well, but I'm quite certain that we do not consider it to be a "body". When you have an object in a vacuum that falls, the reason that it falls is because there is no equal and opposite force resisting the FORCE of gravity, that object doesn't influence gravity, but is influenced by gravity.
