Comp. Science creates programs and can monitor software, like IT. They can also create games and such. Comp Engineering deals with the actual making of computers. I think the components that make a computer like the hardware... motherboard, cpu, etc.

Also moaning about outsourcing as I try to scrape together a living while trying to do the impossible so the PM can take all of the credit.
