Firstoff you actually got escalated from level 1 to level 3 and to the developer within 3 minutes? Most of the time you are wasting between 5 and 10 minutes giving out your info to the person on the other end of the world who can barely speak english, then waiting 6 hours on a callback, then playing email/phone tag for 2 weeks with level 2 because level 3 doesnt speak directly to the customers.. wow
