What it shows is the PROOF that it works. It shows the synchronization of both hemispheres in the brain. This is what creates the 3rd tone known as a binaural beat. It aligns the differing brainwave frequencies and allows the brain to work as a single entity and not as a compartmentalized functioning organism. It's not gonna do anything to you, its just an example.
