On 2:00 when you measure how A is related to B you also CHANGE the state of B and C. That means C-observer gets new C-state, but does not know what were C and B states BEFORE measurement. To know that he needs an information from the traditional communication channel, therefore the information about states B and C before measurements can not be transmitted faster than light (in a traditional channel).

The classical information still has to be sent in order for teleportation to occur, and classical information channels cannot transfer information faster than the speed of light.

It also seems to ignore uncertainty principles and the fact that there is still to date no way of knowing where a photon is in a quantum state at any given time. Also measuring A & B will still cause the observer to effect A&B on the quantum level. 1 last point, Due to the nature of quantum objects it is also perfectly plausible that two manifestations may appear, one in each location.
