[2012-01-12 18:21:20] Oneness100 - Back when Microsoft ...Back when Microsoft came out with Windows NT, they had salespeople giving PowerPoint presentations telling customers that NT was a secure operating system and that it was Mission Critical. the lies were easily discredited because at that time DoD only deemed Unix as a Mission Critical Operating system. I saw a demonstration on hacking over the network from a Mac into a Windows NT workstation and changing the log on password within 5 minutes. This was done at a reseller on their demo units.

[2012-01-12 18:11:14] Oneness100 - What's funny is ...What's funny is that Microsoft is th only OS that isn't Unix, and Apple is gaining marketshare. In the US, Apple has 11.9% marketshare, which used to be 3%. Apple laptop and desktop sales went up over 20% last quarter and keeps on going up, when the windows marketshare is going down. Why is Microsoft trying to change everything over to metro? Because IE SUCKS!

CEOs Iike Steve Ballmer have flat out mislead people. anyone thinking that the only reason why Microsoft has so many virus problems is because of their market share doesn't have a clue. The real reason is that their OS is a hunk of crap and Microsoft admitted a long time ago that the only reason why they are doing something is if it affects sales.

With Microsoft, a lot of the problems is how they conduct themselves from a legal manner, copying other products, how Ballmer some stupid comments. Remember what Ballmer said about the first iPhone? he said they were too expensive and that they would sell many. Well, the iPhone is the single best selling smartphone and android is copying what apple is doing.

You have to pay extra to get all of the features of windows, Apple doesn't charge extra for more features of Mac OS X desktop OS. How about charging more for file, print, email clients, etc. etc. etc. on their server software? It is a total ripoff. They just take advantage of their installed base.

Did you know that Mercedes Benz dealerships have been switching to the Mac? Whether Microsoft fans admit it there are large corporations that are switching from Windows to Macs. how about Ben Rosen from Compaq openly admitting he switched from Windows to Mac and wishing he had done it sooner.

You want to live in a society where people are satisfied with medocre garbage. If people don't complain, nothing gets fixed. I guess you like using computers with viruses, security problems and poor customer service. The problem with the windows environment is that support is lacking. since apple designs the OS and the hardware, they can better support their own products, which is why Apple has better customer service.

He said apple wasn't going to sell that many because it was too expensive. and what is Microsoft doing? how about copying apple's OS when they came out with windows 95? Microwoft has been ripping off Apple for years. In fact, the original version of DOS was simply a rewritten version of CP/M, which Microsoft didn't create.
[2012-01-12 13:16:37] Oneness100 - Companies that lay ...Companies that lay people off when the company is profitable with plenty of cash should not be laying people off when they have no intentions of rehiring those people. It is a practice that many high tech companies have been doing and it is just bad business to do that. management has a drinking problem. I used to sell Microsoft products for various large resellers and they gave customer presentations that had misleading and downright false information in their PowerPoint presentations.
[2012-01-12 13:11:38] Oneness100 - I hate it when CEOs ...I hate it when CEOs simply use a lay off to remove people from their jobs in order to make more profits. do you understand the a layoff is supposed to be a temporary situation and that the employee is supposed to be rehired. A sign of bad management is when there are staff reductions. how about lying to customers? how about making a virus ridden OS? monopolistic business practices by forcing OEMs to pay $35 a computer even when the OS isn't loaded. microsoft has been copying Apple.
