We associate beauty in women with normal weights like Elizabeth Taylor and Brigitte Bardot as examples. To my mind, Nancy Reagan is typical of a woman who has lost too much weight. Debbie Reynolds still looks great, and with a bit of extra weight on also. Debbie always smiles (have you ever seen a pic of her not smiling?), which helps also.

They are not saying it as they are jealous. People who look healthy look normal. Most people look like this. The best way is to just relax and eat what you want to. Your weight will go up and down. If you get a bit big, then you can do a bit more exercise. Losing weight for me works by avoiding alcohol. I personally eat too much, but it is OK, as my weight is OK.
