[2012-04-22 05:30:09] Jaybird196 - Penguin, in the ...Penguin, in the comics, had an array of bird-oriented gadgets built into his umbrella (such as weapons), had very low regard for human life beyond his own, and was good at devising money-making schemes, but beyond that you're right. I guess he depends largely on the greed of his men to ensure loyalty. If anyone gets out of line, he'll just have one of his greedier thugs deal with the failure/rebel. As for the rope thing, I dunno. Maybe Bats has some sort of pre-fabricated gadget on his belt.

He's a collector and a criminal businessman, but I don't get why people respect him or take orders from him. I guess he has the initiative to be a leader and has other criminal talents otherwise he's a shrimp in a tux. And I don't see how Batman has the time to tie ropes in some of his takedowns. I know it's a game and it doesn't matter; I love this game and I'm not bashing it, the thought just came to me.
