I think it is good for people who have access to another computer that can do everything else (e.g. library / work / home computer). My brother has has this for about 9 months and it has survived much abuse. He has never needed the disk drive and is able to to everything else on it he would normally do on a laptop. I hope to buy on someday!

[2009-10-26 02:41:43] yewtubeforlife - i am most likely ...i am most likely to get this netbook very soon, the closest competitor i saw in price/specs was the newest gateway netbook that actually offered an amd athlon processor. very few netbooks offer that. practically a laptop w/ sighing specs but for a netbook, extremely good. however, around $50 more and doesn't offer the wireless n.
