The 65-70% number at 3:57 for instance cannot be a CERN publication, and such statement directly conflicts with the highly hypothetical nature of the phenomenon. The report of the LHC Safety Group makes a clear statement about the (non-)risks, and i frankly don't see how you invalidated their conclusion.
