That said, im not sure I'd agree that putting one on each pole would be the smartest idea. Seems like a maintainance nightmare for the power company. Seems to me like it would have been much easier in the long run to set up fewer but much larger collections of these on some strategic roofs (with some subsidies on power to those buildings in return). Lots of largely unused roof-space around after all, and out of the way.
