I have had 2 3G and 2 4G phones in the last 8 months and have called several times to discuss network issues to no avail. I have experienced issues with regularly lagging texts, being completely unable to stream data, a number of dropped calls, and a few months of irregular billing charges for texts (my plan offers unlimited texting) -in January, February, and March.
